An Evaluation of Communities Two Point Zero – Initial Process and Scoping Report

The report is based on a literature review and desk-based analysis of monitoring information, fieldwork interviews and focus groups with those directly involved with developing and delivering the Programme and other stakeholders and telephone interviews with a sample of organisations and social enterprises who have received assistance from the Programme to date.

The first stage of the research has involved scoping the subsequent stages of the evaluation and an initial evaluation of Programme processes.

The report outlines findings from fieldwork with the Welsh Government, management and staff from the delivery partners and sets out detail of how future stages of the evaluation will be undertaken.
