Wales Spatial Plan

I am delighted to announce to the Assembly the publication “People, Places, Futures”  a draft Wales Spatial Plan.  I have arranged for the Assembly to have an early opportunity to debate this consultation document. The consultation, which will be an active and inclusive process, will last until the end of January 2004.  The input we receive will help inform the first Wales Spatial Plan that I anticipate will be published in the summer of 2004.
