The global recession has created far reaching and fundamental changes in the financial and economic environment and reinforced and deepened many of the existing long term challenges. 

Through the Economic Renewal Programme we will aim to place Wales in a better position to face those long-term challenges.

Consultation responses

The 'Tell Us More' consultation which ran from February - May 2010 helped to inform the development of the document Economic Renewal: a new direction.

Since the launch of the Economic Renewal policy in July, implementation has proceeded with pace and purpose and we are now publishing individual responses received to the consultation. This supplements the summary to the consultation, that was published earlier in the year.
