Consultation on Right to Buy Guidance

We want your comments on:

1. Is the process for applying for a direction to suspend the Right to Buy and related rights in areas of housing pressure clear enough? If not, how could it be improved?
   
   
2. Do you think the ratio of re-lets to numbers of households on the housing waiting list should be used as an indicator of housing need? If not, why not?
   
   
3. Do you think levels of homelessness should be added as an indicator of housing pressure? If so, why?
   
   
4. Are there any other indicators of housing pressure which you think should be included or deleted from the draft guidance? Please give your reasons.
