Race and Disability Equality Impact Assessments

The purpose of this consultation is to invite comment on the Race and Disability Impact Assessments for the following Structural Funds Programmes in Wales:

• West Wales and the Valleys European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Convergence Programme
• West Wales and the Valleys European Social Fund (ESF) Convergence Programme
• East Wales European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Regional Competitiveness and Employment Programme
• East Wales European Social Fund (ESF) Regional Competitiveness and Employment Programme

This consultation process ends on 4 April 2008.

Responding to the Consultation

Responses to this consultation will be published on the Welsh Assembly Government’s website after the consultation has closed. Usually, the name and address (or part of the address) of its author are published along with the response, as this gives credibility to the consultation exercise. If you would prefer for your response not to be published, or to be published but not attributed, please state this in your response.

You should also be aware that there may be circumstances in which the Welsh Assembly Government will be required to communicate information to third parties on request, in order to comply with its statutory obligations.
