Statutory Performance Indicators for Welsh Local Authorities from April 2012
Welsh Ministers have the power to set statutory performance indicators for local authorities in Wales under section 8 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009. The current set of statutory performance indicators were established under the Local Government (Performance Indicators and Standards) (Wales) Order 2010.
The Welsh Government wishes to consult upon supplementing the existing set of statutory performance indicators with the relevant performance indicators from the Programme for Government and to remove the two existing statutory performance indicators on Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.
