Introducing Standard Information Requirements for Planning Applications in Wales

Following changes to legislation to come into force in 2010/2011, we are proposing to issue:

• a new circular with advice for local planning authorities; and 
• a best practice guide for a wider audience including applicants.  

We are seeking the views on whether the proposed approach is appropriate and comments on the draft guidance documents.
