Tips

You may complain if:

  • you are dissatisfied with a service we have provided
  • you believe we have been rude, unprofessional, unreasonable or refused to answer reasonable questions
  • we failed to inform you of your rights to entitlement
  • we knowingly gave false or misleading information.

We will not consider complaints about:

  • a service delivered by a local authority
  • an appeal against a decision just because you don’t agree with it.

If you wish to take legal action against us you should get independent legal advice first.  This will not prevent you from making a complaint.
