This page lists the regulations for children's day care for under 8's.
There is to be a change in the law in Wales governing the regulation and inspection of child minding and day care services for children under the age of eight years.
As from 1 April 2011 the new legal provisions are to be found in Part 2 of the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010, and regulations made under it.

These standards determine whether child minding and day care settings are providing adequate care for children under the age of eight.
