Annual report 2009-2010
This report is the conclusion of a huge amount of work and commitment during 2009-2010 by everyone involved in Social Care and Social Services in Wales.
CSSIW Chief Inspector Imelda Richardson has published her first Annual Report since taking up post in December 2009. Service users, our staff and stakeholders have provided views about CSSIW's performance and that of social care and social services.
The report is accompanied by new online statistical information which will be updated regularly, and a summary of our engagement activities. A summary is available, as are alternative formats.
Please note that some of the data in table 1 has been revised as a result of an error found in the children's homes table which has now been corrected.
