Local Safeguarding Children's Board Fund Circular 2009-2010
This letter sets out arrangements to assist further developments in safeguarding and child protection procedure and practice during 2009-2010.
It is addressed to Directors of Social Services in recognition of the social services role and responsibilities currently set out in Safeguarding Children Working Together under the Children Act 2004 for ensuring that there is currently a Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) covering their area.
