Protection of Vulnerable Adults Monitoring Report 2009-2010
This report sets out significant data collated by Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) in relation to the allegations of abuse against adults.
This includes data collected by local authority social services and also information about abuse in regulated adult services collated directly by CSSIW. The report examines key findings for the year ending 31 March 2010 and is designed to contribute to the improvement of outcomes for those people who are in need of protection from abuse.
Please note that some of the data in this report has been revised as a result of an error found in Table 1 which has now been corrected.
