Children's Safeguarding Inspection Isle of Angelsey County Council
This report is based on seven days fieldwork within the local authority carried out by CSSIW inspectors between the 10th and 25th of October 2011.
The Inspection of arrangements for assessment and care management of children in need in the Isle of Angelesey by CSSIW in February 2011 provided evidence that indicated that there were serious failings regarding the safeguarding of children and consequently that further inspection work was warranted. This inspection in October 2011 examined the quality of the safeguarding service and the council's ability to sustain and improve the service.
