Review of adult services in Bridgend County Borough Council
This report summarises the findings and judgements of the review.
The Social Services Inspectorate for Wales carries out the social services inspection functions of the National Assembly for Wales, under the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 and other legislation. The purpose of the review is to provide an objective assessment of how well local people are served and to contribute to the further improvement of services. This review of adult services in Bridgend was carried out between May and the end of September 2004. The review team comprised three inspectors - Julia Phillipson, Kevin Barker, Jill Lewis - and the lay assessor, Jenny Cook.
