Inspection of services for the protection of vulnerable adults in Caerphilly County Borough Council
This inspection is the first in a series of four across Wales that examine the nature, range and quality of services to protect vulnerable adults from abuse.
It looks at the extent to which the authority is fulfilling its duties and responsibilities for providing and commissioning services, including those services that are delivered in collaboration with other agencies. The inspection was carried out by the Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (SSIW) in May 2003 and was based on standards developed by them.
