Planning for performance inspection of services for children looked after in the long term in Rhondda Cynon Taf
This is the fourth in a series of five inspections across Wales.
It examines the nature, range and quality of services provided by the local authority social services in Rhondda Cynon Taf for those children and young people whom they are responsible for looking after for significant periods of their childhood. The Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (SSIW) undertook the inspection in September 2002.
