The Welsh Government’s Final Budget for 2013-14 reflects the actions we are taking as a responsible Government to promote economic growth and to create and sustain jobs throughout Wales.

Since publishing our Draft Budget there has been detailed scrutiny of our proposals.  This stage of the budget process is an important step in challenging and testing our budget proposals.  We are committed to making the most effective and efficient use of our resources to deliver the outcomes we want to see for the people of Wales.

The Final Budget for 2013-14 includes:

  • The Annual Budget Motion
  • The Final Budget Explanatory Note
  • The Final Budget Main Expenditure Group (MEG) Allocations
  • Cabinet Written Statement

The amount of funding allocated to Welsh Government Departments for 2013-14 is £14.9bn.
