On 3 March 2011, people from across Wales voted ‘yes’ in the referendum on the law-making powers of the National Assembly for Wales.

One year on, the Welsh Government is driving forward an ambitious 5 year Legislative Programme.  This programme is delivering for Wales and seeks to create the conditions for better education, social care, housing, environment, and more efficient and effective local government.
