What was an Assembly Measure?

An Assembly Measure could broadly do anything a UK Act of Parliament can in relation to Wales, subject to the limitations as defined by the Government of Wales Act 2006 (GOWA).

What Measures were included in the Legislative Programme?

The Legislative Programme contained Measures developed and proposed by the Welsh Assembly Government to support the delivery of government policy.
