This Order authorises the Llangollen Railway Trust to construct and operate a new railway from Corwen to Carrog, Denbighshire, together with related works and facilities and makes other provisions in relation to the extension railway and the existing railway.

This Order provides for the transfer to the Pontypool and Blaenavon Railway Company (1983) Limited (“the Company”) of the statutory powers to maintain and operate the existing railway in the Borough of Torfaen, and makes other provisions as to the railway.
