The aim of the event, to be held at the Stadium on 22nd November, is to raise awareness of the use of timber in construction and to highlight its potential contribution to the Welsh economy and its sustainable credentials.
Currently, around 40% of UK demand for timber is met from the domestic market.
I n addition to a number of companies from the timber construction industry in Wales that will be exhibiting their products and services, there will also be a trade delegation from Latvia present.
Leading industry experts will be speaking at the event, including Andrew Carpenter, Chief Executive, UK Timber Frame Association (UKTFA) and Phil Roberts, Chair, Wood Knowledge Wales.
