Jo helps to deliver the business of the organisation by setting standards, agreeing the direction of travel and supporting and challenging staff to deliver to the best of their ability. She works closely with stakeholders to co-create and deliver new products, provide just-in-time coaching support and to build service wide engagement.

Strategic Performance and Delivery Manager
Andrew leads on all matters relating to finance and governance, including business planning and resource allocation and to design suitable performance measures for in-year management and reporting of progress. He also manages the PSMW business support team ensuring that the organisation is well supported administratively and is using business processes that are as efficient as possible.
Business Support and Events Officer
Brian provides high quality project support and proactive advancement within key areas of Public Service Management Wales' delivery. He plans and advances ideas on behalf of the PSMW Director and team for the programme of conferences, seminars and learning events staged across the whole of Wales.
Rhiannon provides general office administration and organisational support that enables PSMW to deliver high quality learning materials and events for the Welsh Government and wider public service in Wales.
Talent Management and Succession
Director of Talent Management and Succession
Chris supports organisations to identify future capability and capacity, which ensures they have leaders with the right capabilities in business critical positions. She is also responsible for delivering an all Wales approach to Talent Management, supporting the public and third sector to understand the level of existing and potential talent to grow the next generation of leaders.
Talent Management and Succession Manager
Chris is involved in the design, development and delivery of a range of high profile activities and events. She also supports the development of talent inside WG and across the public service. She specifically project manages the Wales Public Service Summer School for delivery each June and leads on WG's internal coaching and mentoring work, including the internal coaching network. She is also a cross sector ILM qualified coach.

Elaine provides strategic learning, development and skills advice to senior teams, managers and staff based in mid Wales. She delivers strategic cross-Wales projects to achieve WG objectives under the Skills for Government Strategy and the Next Generation HR project. Elaine works with departments to align key corporate and departmental or regional priorities; advising on, developing, and ensuring the delivery and evaluation of appropriate learning solutions. She works with the external network of learning and development professionals to generate collaborative learning opportunities across the public service. interventions as and when required.
Elaine is a trained interviewer and facilitator, CIPD qualified and accredited to deliver EQi and EQi 360 degree feedback.

Personal Learning and Development Advisor
Stephanie supports PSMW in the design, development and delivery of a range of events and activities. She also acts as programme lead to the International Learning Opportunities programme. In addition, Stephanie manages the link between corporate learning and development and the Welsh Government’s south Wales Learning and Development Advisor’s Network.
Talent and Learning Officer
Bryony works on the development of the talent and succession strategy. She provides support for the Learning and Development Network and supports the delivery of Wales Public Service Summer School. Bryony also conducts research into the International Learning Opportunities (ILO) programme and the Bursaries programme.
Talent Management & Succession Officer
Debbie supports the development and delivery of the Welsh Government volunteering programme. She also supports the design and delivery of talent management and succession programmes, such as Welsh Government Public Service Winter and Summer School.
Leadership and Organisational Development
Director of Leadership and Organisational Development
Zoe is responsible for delivering PSMW's portfolio of learning and development programmes in leadership, management and organisational development. She advises and supports organisations through collaborative working and the delivery of learning interventions, especially in the current climate where many public services face specific organisational development challenges in transforming their organisations. Zoe is responsible for WG Programme of Learning, management of the corporate training contract and managing portfolio offerings for staff across WG. This includes providing advice and guidance to enable targeted, high value learning that demonstrates performance improvement by investment.
Zoe is a trained Bar-On-EQI, LDF and MTQ48 assessor.
Lead Trainer - Change Programmes
Alex delivers PSMW's portfolio of learning and development programmes in leadership, management and organisational development across the Public Service in Wales. He has responsibility for the Pan-Wales Coaching Collaborative and works with Public Service organisations across Wales to embed a coaching and mentoring culture.
Alex is a qualified and experienced facilitator and coach. He is also a Bar-On-EQI, 360 and MTQ48 assessor.
Leadership and Organisational Development Coordinator
Andrew works as part of the Leadership and Organisational Development team, with a focus on delivering the Welsh Government Programme of Learning. He ensures that the learning requirements of Welsh Government and the wider Welsh Public Service are catered for in line with strategic direction.
New Media Communication Manager
Sian supports learning and development by managing the PSMW brand and learning content through new communication channels. These include the PSMW corporate website, Ascend learning portal and social media including the PSMW Twitter account. She also investigates and creates new methods of learning through online tools and interactive content, such as elearning, videos and online books.

Rebecca supports the Leadership and Organisational Development Team in creating, co-ordinating, designing and delivering PSMW's portfolio of Leadership and Organisational Development interventions.

Sarah supports the Leadership and Organisational Development Team in creating, co-ordinating, designing and delivering PSMW's portfolio of Leadership and Organisational Development interventions.
Expert Enabler Lean
Head of Lean and Continuous Improvement
Tony is responsible for leading the strategic development, dissemination and implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement within Welsh Government. His role included addressing the challenges we face in improving efficiencies and reducing complexity as we work to build a leaner, high performing organisation. He is also responsible for engaging with the wider public sector in Wales to share best practice and explore mutually beneficial, cost/quality effective and collaborative ways of working
Lean Enabling Officer
Roy is responsible for raising awareness of Lean across Welsh Government, including facilitation of process improvement workshops and ongoing Lean efficiency support. He is an active member of cross Government Continuous Improvement and Systems Thinking networks.
