Insight Tours
Insight Tours offer Senior managers within the Welsh Government the chance to visit organisations from across the public, private and voluntary sectors in Wales and the UK to showcase their approach to innovation and efficiency.
Using organisations as learning laboratories to explore practicalities of different approaches and ideas can provide the insight and motivation to make change happen. Offering the opportunity to transfer learning through formal presentation and informal conversations the programme is aimed towards Leaders, Chairs and Chief executives from the public and third sector.
