Welcome to the Welsh Government's Disclosure Log. This is where details of responses to requests for information are located.

For most requests the covering letter has been published, in many cases along with copies of the released information. In some cases the information disclosed does not lend itself to be easily accessible in an electronic format. In such cases, hard copies can be obtained from the lead official - the person signing the response letter.
