REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – REFERENCE 6090

I wrote to you on 16 May 2012 following your request for information. In your request you asked for a copy of Powys County Council's most recent requests for extensions of the Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of Byway routes Water-Break-Its-Neck, CR127 and Moelfre City. You also asked for confirmation of the authenticity of the e-mail dated 7 July 2007 from Mr M Burnell to Mr Hickin.

I am enclosing the information which you requested which is as follows:

1. Powys County Council letter of 14 December 2011 from Mark Stafford-Tolley to M D Burnell plus enclosure of public notice in respect of The County of Powys (Byway Route from Penrhiw Lane, Dolau to Water-Break-Its-Neck In Radnor Forest) (Temporary Closure) Order 2010;

2. Powys County Council letter of 14 December 2011 from Mark Stafford-Tolley to M D Burnell plus enclosure of public notice in respect of The County Of Powys (Byway Route from Moelfre City, Llanbister to Fiddler’s Green, Felindre) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving) Order 2010;

3. Powys County Council letter of 5 August 2008 from the Head of Legal, Scrutiny and Democratic Service to Mike Clarke plus enclosure of order, public notice, plan and Council Memorandum dated 8 February 2008 in respect of The County Of Powys (Byway No. CR127 Route between Bwlch Llwyn, Penybont and Pye Corner, Llandegley) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving) Order 2008; and

4. Powys County Council letter of 11 October 2007 from the Head of Legal, Scrutiny and Democratic Service to M D Burnell in respect of The County Of Powys (F327/CR127 Route between Lower Llanoley, Cefnllys and Pye Corner, Llandegley) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving) Order 2006.

I also confirm the authenticity of the email dated 7 July 2011 from Mr Mike Burnell to Mr Hickin, as shown in your e-mail of 14 May 2012
