I wrote to you on 13 July following your request for information regarding AEA Technology and the framework contract UK-Cardiff: research consultancy services 2011/S 64-103345 known as the Support for Sustainable Living framework.

You asked:

1. What contracts have AEA Technology been awarded as part of this agreement?
2. What is the precise value of contracts awarded to AEA Technology?

The information held by the Welsh Government is shown below:

1.  AEA Technology has been awarded one contract under the agreement, relating to the delivery of the Welsh Government’s Knowledge Transfer Programme, on 20 July 2012.

2. The fixed price for core work under the contract is £19,604.00 (excluding VAT).  In addition, there are costs relating to travel and subsistence and document translation.  The overall cost will depend on the final work package agreed, which has yet to be decided.
