Draft Agenda for the meeting of the Cabinet on 9th June 2008
Principle 3 of the Code of Practice on Public Access to Information, commits the Welsh Assembly Government to publish all routine business papers, including Cabinet and Cabinet Committee papers. The Assembly Government is committed to publish those minutes and papers (not subject to the exemptions from publication) 6 weeks from the date of the respective meeting.
The First Minister has been asked to agree the agenda for a meeting of the Cabinet to be held on 9th June 2008. The agenda, minutes and papers of the meeting are due to be published in the week commencing 21st July 2008 and will be available on the Welsh Assembly Government internet site.
