The Deputy First Minister and Minister for the Economy and Transport has agreed a paper on Concessionary Fares for the meeting of the Cabinet on 29 June 2009.

Principle 3 of the Code of Practice on Public Access to Information commits the Welsh Assembly Government to publish all routine business papers, including Cabinet and Cabinet Committee papers. The Assembly Government is committed to publish those minutes and papers (not subject to the exemptions from publication) 6 weeks from the date of the respective meeting. In the case of Cabinet Committee meetings, minutes and papers will be published as soon as possible following clearance at the next meeting but no sooner than six weeks after the respective meeting.

The contents of this paper are considered exempt from being disclosed under Section 29(1)(b) “prejudicial to the financial interests of any administration of the UK” of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and, as such, this paper will not be published with the respective minutes of the meeting.
