Allocation of Employability and Skills Division Budgets for 2012-13 and Working Practices (Saesneg yn unig)

The Minister for Education and Skills and the Deputy Minister for Skills have agreed the proposed allocation of Employability and Skills Division revenue budgets for 2012-13 and working practices of the Employability and Skills Division.

Statement of information / Datganiad gwybodaeth:

The Minister for Education and Skills is being asked to agree the administrative arrangements for the allocations for the budgets administered, and the working practices in respect of those budgets, by the Employability and Skills Division of the Department for Education and Skills, which total £53.669 million.

The relevant statutory powers are:
Section 10 of the Education Act 1996;
Section 71 of the Government of Wales Act 2006;
Sections 31 to 34 of the Learning and Skills Act 2000;
Section 14 of the Education Act 2002; and
Section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973.
