Approval of Entrepreneurship and Business Information Payments in April and May 2012

The Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science is being asked under the powers vested in Sections 60, 62 and 71 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 and Section 1 of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (as amended) to authorise  payments of  £551,924 (exc VAT) due to individuals and organisations under approved programmes of activity for Entrepreneurship and Business Information for April and May 2012. The activity provides support to individuals and businesses.

The relevant powers are Sections 60, 62 and 71 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 and Section 1 of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (as amended).
