Approval of Programme Funded Payments - Revenue

The Minister for Business Enterprise Technology and Science has agreed to financial expenditure in respect of key elements of the property revenue 2012 / 2013 budget relating to expenditure proposals up until the end of June 2012.

Statement of information / Datganiad gwybodaeth:
The Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science is being asked to authorise payments to third party suppliers in relation to managing and maintaining property assets within her portfolio.

The relevant powers are Sections 60, 62 and 71 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 and Section 1 of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (as amended).
