The Minister for Health & Social Services, the Minister for Local Government and Communities and the Minister for Finance and Leader of the House have agreed to the move of £32,000 from the Public Health Special Initiatives BEL to the local authorities’ Revenue Support Grant budget line.

The Minister for Health and Social Services is being asked to approve the transfer of £32,000 to the Revenue Support Grant budget for Local Authorities to support the enforcement of the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010 (Wales) Regulations 2011 for 2012/13 recurrently.
