The Minister for Finance and Leader of the House has agreed the oral statement to Plenary on 8 May and; to the publication of the evidence on Regional and Local Market Pay that the Welsh Government will be submitting for consideration by the Pay Review Bodies.
 

To outsource the administration of the Young Recruits Programme to the existing network of work based learning providers

The Deputy Minister for Skills has agreed to transfer administrative arrangements for processing 2,000 YRP starts from May 2012 from Welsh Government’s Apprenticeship Unit to the Work Based Learning provider network.
