The Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science has approved expenditure associated with the delivery and support of the Life Sciences Sector Panel and Sector Panel engagement activities.

The Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science is asked to approve expenditure associated with the running of the Life Sciences Sector Panel and Sector Panel engagement activities for the financial year ending 31 March 2013.

The Welsh Ministers have the power under section 60 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 to do anything which they consider appropriate to achieve the promotion or improvement of the economic well-being of Wales. The Welsh Ministers also have the power under section 62 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 to make appropriate representations about any matter affecting Wales
