Guidance for use by local authorities (LAs) in administering, assessing eligibility and the methodology for calculating payments made under the Assembly Learning Grant (ALG) Higher Education scheme in 2007/08.
This scheme replaces the existing Assembly Learning Grant (ALG) (Higher Education) Scheme 2007. The object of the scheme is to provide additional financial support for eligible continuing students in receipt of a statutory award granted prior to the academic year 2006/07 ('old system' students).
