NAFWC 21/2003 Charges for Residential Accommodation - CRAG Amendment No 16

This circular introduces Regulations which allow deferred payments for residents with property that is taken into account by the means-test for residential accommodation, who do not wish to sell their homes, or cannot do so, in order to meet their care costs. They will come into force from 7 April 2003.
