NAFWC 27/2003 Revised cymorth and early entitlement guidance

This circular informs colleagues that following consultation, the Cymorth and Early Entitlement guidance documents have been revised with immediate effect. Therefore, the attached documents replace the earlier versions issued by the Assembly Government in 2002 as part of the guidance set entitled “Framework for Partnership.”
