NAFWC 01A/2004 - Exclusions From schools and pupil referral units: amendments

This guidance covers the exclusion of pupils from schools and pupil referral units (PRUs); the procedures for appealing against an exclusion and steps to take to maintain the education of excluded pupils. The guidance replaces that currently contained in Chapter 6 and Annex E of National Assembly for Wales Circular 3/99: Pupil Support and Social Inclusion.
