NAFWC 10/2002 - Social services performance management development fund special grant 2002-2003 guidance circular

This circular draws the attention of local authorities to the Special Grant Report (No 24) (Wales) 2001 agreed by the Assembly on 12th February 2002. Details of the application process and forms are included at Appendix A. A copy of the Special Grant Report (with annexes) is included as Appendix B. Guidance is provided here on meeting the conditions which are attached to the grant in 2002/3.
