NAFWC 15/2002 - Learning and Skills Act 2000: Statutory Approval of Qualifications under Section 99

This Circular lists the external qualifications approved under section 99 of the Learning and Skills Act 2000. These qualifications will be eligible, in Wales, under section 96 of the Act, for funding by either a Local Education Authority (LEA) or the National Council for Education and Training for Wales (ELWa-National Council) and for use with persons under 19 years of age.
