NAFWC 18/2002 - Guidance on the Wales programme for improvement

This guidance is issued under sections 3, 5, and 6 of the Local Government Act 1999. It applies to county and county borough councils and national parks authorities in Wales. The underlying objective of the new Wales Programme for Improvement is to achieve the delivery of high quality services to the public which meet identified needs.
