NAFWC 30A/2002 - Policy and practice guidance for adult placement schemes-Enclosure

The Policy and Practice Guidance that follows is issued under Section 7 of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970. The Policy Guidance sets out the Welsh Assembly Government's view of good practice for AP Schemes. The Practice Guidance advises how AP Schemes implement the Policy Guidance. The two pieces of guidance should be read together. The guidance relating to self-funders set out in paragraphs 4.3 and 9.2 of the Practice Guidance has the status of good practice only.
