NAFWC 42/2002 Regulation of Domiciliary Care

The Care Standards Act 2000 (CSA) provides powers for the introduction of new regulations and standards for care services. This Circular announces the publication of the draft regulations and national minimum standards for domiciliary care agencies. A consultation document and a draft partial regulatory impact assessment are also included.
