W-FRSC(06)26: IPDS: Personal Qualities and Attributes for Control Operators and Firefighters

This circular provides authorities with the Personal Qualities and Attributes (PQAs) for Control Operator and Firefighters within the Integrated Personnel Development System. These PQAs should form the basis for Authorities' assessment of people's potential for the Control Operator and Firefighters roles and should inform ongoing development. The Firefighter PQAs underpin the new firefighter selection tools which have been developed for the FRS.
