This circular sets out guidance on the format for 30 year financial forecasts that Housing associations are required to prepare and submit.

Your forecast should be approved by your Board. Any supporting information provided to your Board should also be submitted with the forecast.

The forecast should be completed in the Excel spreadsheet below. This should then be sent to: housingregulation@wales.gsi.gov.uk by 31 July 2011.

Guidance on how to complete the template are in appendix 1.
