Communal Areas

ECM² is easily accessible from the M4 motorway (J38), mainline rail station and bus routes. There is plentiful, secure parking with landscaped grounds. The spacious reception area is manned 24/7. Off the corridors are toilets (including disabled), showers and equipped small kitchenettes for tenant use.  All main buildings are temperature controlled.

Conferencing Facilities

Seven rooms of varying size which are able to accommodate 2 to 120 delegates. All conference rooms are fully audiovisual equipped with ceiling mounted, remote controlled projector, mobile microphones, interactive screen, CD, DVD, VHS players, laptop connection and desktop PC with 8 Mb broadband internet access.  One room has a video conferencing facility with plasma screen.

Offices

There are many sizes of office accommodation which are temperature controlled with windows. Each office has CAT 5 connectivity to 8 Mb broadband internet access with digital telephone connection supplied as standard.

Laboratory/Office Suites

Temperature controlled rooms are available with parquet or vinyl flooring. Broadband internet access and digital telephone connections are supplied as standard. Available utilities include 3 phase power, natural gas, nitrogen, compressed air and water/drainage. Fume extraction and benching is also available in some of the suites.

Engineering Development Areas

These areas have high ceilings (of over 5m) equipped with gantry cranes, roll-up doors for load/equipment movement and high loading floors. The utilities available in these areas include 240 and 440 three-phase electricity supply, water, gas and industrial lighting. There is also a fully equipped design and engineering workshop which is available to both tenants and external customers.
