About the Programme




By the year 2020, the area will be culturally rich, dynamic network of communities where people want to live, work and play.

Using special funding from the Welsh Assembly Government of £140million, the programme will maximize the benefits arising from all forms of public sector expenditure, estimated at £1billion per year, and lever in at least £360million of private sector investment.
