The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) in the UK Government is undertaking a wide-scale review of the regulatory framework supporting the UK communications sector. An open letter was published on 16 May 2011 asking a broad range of questions. This is the Welsh Government’s response.
The review will focus on establishing ways in which the Government can drive growth and innovation in the sector. The aim is to strip away unnecessary red tape and remove barriers to growth, and to have the legislation in place by the end of this Parliament.

You can read the open letter on the DCMS website.
