'Reach the Heights' is a group of projects aimed at improving the opportunities available to children and young people in Wales.

Designed to provide young people aged 11-19 in West Wales and the Valleys with skills that will help them to remain engaged or to re-engage with employment, education or training.

'Reach the Heights' includes two projects to provide help and new opportunities to young people.

1. First Footholds

This project will work with some of Wales' most disadvantaged young people to help them defeat some of the barriers they face.

2. Routes to the Summit

This project aims to raise the skills and aspirations of young people so that they can make better progress in education and training and move more easily into work or higher education.
