Staff Individual Record (SIR)

The SIR return is part of a series developed to collect information on learners, staff and finance in the Further Education Sector.

The data is used to:

  • publish information about the sector;
  • aid policy development; and
  • ensure that the Welsh Government can account for the funds it allocates by demonstrating the outcomes arising from the distribution of these funds.
